It was a very unexpected and pleasant surprise to hear from Jack and Monique, friends from New Brunswick whom we met in Costa Rica. Their warmth and love filled my heart and made me think about how important the journey and memories are that we share.
Later in a different conversation with another long-time friend, I waxed poetically about what we would do differently right now if we knew our end date … interesting thought and not necessarily one that is easily answered. Is it a dare to dream, an opportunity to live that dream, a focus on what is possible or a way to add colour to our lives?

Remember to find joy in the little things, learn from your mistakes, and cherish the moments that bring you happiness. In every twist and stride, each embellished with bright hues, each person tells a story , all beautiful, a palette of life experiences, from timid shades of quiet grief, to vibrant strokes of hopeful energy we paint our lives with every breathe
